Family and Litigation - Senior Partner and Head of Department

Background
Will was born in Newmarket, and has always regarded this area as “home”. He trained and worked originally as an engineer, reading for his degree here at Cambridge. After an encounter with litigation as a company director in 1985, he felt drawn to a legal career. He has practised in family law throughout his training and since qualification.

Outside of work Will stays busy. He has one daughter, is a Trustee of a local Museum and is currently on the committee of Cambridgeshire & District Law Society. He is an accomplished marksman, competing at National level in target shooting, and will take any opportunity to go tenpin bowling. He also supports his wife Diane in her love and care of horses.
